Dr. Monique Cormier is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Monash University, specializing in international law with a focus on jurisdictional immunities, nuclear non-proliferation, and geopolitical security. She holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne and has held academic positions at the University of New England and Melbourne Law School. Her research explores legal challenges in nuclear disarmament, international criminal jurisdiction, and cybercrime governance.
