Monika Schnitzer

Monika Schnitzer is a Professor of Comparative Economics at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU) and Chair of the German Council of Economic Experts since 2022. She holds a habilitation and doctorate from the University of Bonn and has served as Dean of LMU's Faculty of Economics (2006-2009). Her research focuses on innovation, competition, and multinational corporations.
