Monica Peddle

Monica Peddle is an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin University, Australia. She holds concurrent roles as Director of Simulation Education and Course Director for Master of Nursing programs. Her primary affiliations include the Institute for Health Transformation and the Centre for Quality and Patient Safety Research. Dr. Peddle’s career spans over 20 years in nursing education and research, with a PhD focused on virtual simulation’s role in developing non-technical skills among nursing students.
