Monica Jancha

Monica Jancha is Associate Teaching Professor of Spanish and Beginning Spanish Coordinator at the University of Notre Dame. She develops curriculum for introductory Spanish courses and mentors graduate teaching assistants through the Practicum in Teaching Spanish program.

Her pedagogical research focuses on technology-enhanced language learning, visual syllabus design, and conversation partner exchanges. Recognized as 'Favorite Professor' by multiple athletic teams, she integrates art history into language instruction through museum collaborations.
