Rachel Parroquin is a Teaching Professor of Spanish at the University of Notre Dame, affiliated with the Department of Spanish. She holds an M.Ed., B.A., and B.S. from Valparaiso University, and an Ed.D. from Loyola University Chicago. Her research focuses on Community-Engaged Learning, intercultural competence, children's literature, and the scholarship of teaching and learning.
