Monica Brussolo

Monica Brussolo is an Associate Professor of Instruction in Operations Management and Director of the BS Supply Chain Management program at The University of Texas at Dallas (UTD), Jindal School of Management. She teaches courses such as Quantitative Business Analysis and Managerial Methods in Decision Making Under Uncertainty. Her research focuses on development economics, labor economics, innovation, inequality, urban issues, and higher education outcomes.

Education includes a PhD (2011), MS (2007) from UTD, an MBA from Texas A&M International University (2000), and dual bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Management from Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas (1996-1998).

Awards include the UTD Instructional Improvement Award (2018), Owlie Award (2016), and advisor recognition for INFORMS Student Chapter achievements. She is affiliated with INFORMS and has published works in her field.
