Dr. Momo Kromah is a Lecturer at the School of Business, Faculty of Business, Economics and Law, The University of Queensland (UQ). With a PhD and Master's degree from UQ, her research focuses on organizational behavior, particularly in the areas of workplace territoriality, organizational change, and employee dynamics.
