Jenna Campton

Dr. Jenna Campton is a Lecturer in Management at the School of Business and Creative Industries, University of the Sunshine Coast (Queensland, Australia). She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management (HRM) and a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology with First Class Honors). As an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), her teaching focuses on Organizational Behaviour, Research Methodology, and Quantitative/Qualitative Analysis for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Her research centers on workplace stress, employee and entrepreneur wellbeing, and societal pressures impacting work environments. She employs mixed-methods approaches, including statistical modeling, and serves as a journal reviewer. Dr. Campton supervises higher-degree research students globally, emphasizing mixed-methods projects aligned with organizational behavior. Professional memberships include the Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM).
