Molly Kern is a Clinical Professor of Management and Organizations at New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business. She joined NYU Stern as an Adjunct Associate Professor in 2015 and will transition to her full-time role in September 2025. Kern is an organizational psychologist focused on unlocking student potential through negotiation, team collaboration, and ethical decision-making.

Her research interests include negotiation processes, team performance, and bounded ethicality, with a focus on maximizing value, fostering equitable team contributions, and addressing unintentional unethical behavior.
Kern has received multiple teaching awards, including the Baruch College Presidential Excellence Award and the Lawrence Zicklin Teaching Excellence Award. She has taught courses on collaboration, leadership, and teaming at NYU Stern and Baruch College.
