Molly Goldwasser serves as Associate Vice Provost for Academic Affairs and Associate Vice Provost of Undergraduate Education at Duke University since 2016. She holds an adjunct appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor in the Sanford School of Public Policy. Her educational background includes an Ed.D. from Vanderbilt University (2014), M.A. from the University of Mississippi (2009), and B.A. from Duke University (2007).
Her research focuses on educational development, student retention, and the impact of developmental education programs. She explores how curricula design and online platforms like MOOCs influence learning outcomes, particularly for underserved populations. Teaching responsibilities include courses in educational psychology and policy analysis, such as EDUC 240/PSY 240 and PUBPOL 393.
