Molly Davies is a part-time PhD Student and Research Assistant affiliated with King’s College London. She holds dual roles at the Social, Genetic Developmental & Psychiatry Centre and the NIHR BioResource Centre Maudsley. Her work focuses on genetic links to anxiety and depression, particularly exploring diagnostic classifications and phenotyping methods within the Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression (GLAD) Study.

Research Interests: Molly investigates genetic influences on mental health disorders, heterogeneity in diagnostic classifications, and polygenic risk scoring. Her work bridges clinical research with genetic epidemiology, aiming to improve diagnostic precision and treatment efficacy. She collaborates with the Emotional Development, Intervention and Treatment Lab (EDIT Lab) and contributes to large-scale initiatives like the UK Eating Disorders Genetics Initiative.
Labs/Teams: Active member of the EDIT Lab and NIHR BioResource Centre Maudsley, focusing on translational research in psychiatric genetics and clinical psychology.
