Mohit Srivastava is an Associate Professor of Strategy at EM Normandie since 2020. He holds a PhD in International Business from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany (2016), with a thesis focusing on internationalization and supply chain management in emerging markets. Prior roles include Assistant Professor at the University of Economics, Prague (2017–2020), and Researcher/Manager at the Indian Institute of Management Udaipur (2012–2017). He currently serves as Academic Director of the M2 International Business program.
His research interests span internationalization strategies, sustainable supply chain management, and emerging markets. He teaches courses such as Doing Business in Emerging Markets, International Project Management, and Strategic Management. His work integrates interdisciplinary approaches, emphasizing AI-driven sustainability, green investments, and digital finance impacts on corporate performance.
Key contributions include studies on additive manufacturing adoption, ESG disclosures in Czech firms, and the role of leadership in internationalization. He has authored numerous articles in journals like Business Strategy and the Environment, Journal of East-West Business, and Technological Forecasting & Social Change. His case studies, such as 'Mamaearth: A Digital First Brand Venturing Offline' and 'Sens Foods: Scaling Up Sustainable Cricket Protein', highlight practical applications of his research.
He actively engages with industry through blogs discussing global supply chain risks and cleaner production strategies. His work bridges academia and practice, addressing challenges in sustainable business models, emerging technologies, and cross-border operations.
