Samah JRADI

Samah JRADI is an Associate Professor in Supply Chain Management and Logistics at EM Normandie since 2021. Previously, she served at Paris Business School from 2019 to 2021. She earned a PhD in Management (2018) from Kedge Business School, alongside masters in Actuarial Science (Lebanese University) and Mathematics (Notre Dame University, Lebanon).

Her research focuses on efficiency measurement using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and stochastic frontier models, particularly in the context of sustainable practices and their impact on productivity. She leads the Supply Chain and Decision Science Department at EM Normandie. Her work spans applications in banking, environmental management, and agricultural sectors, emphasizing quantitative methods for operational and environmental performance analysis.

Key contributions include studies on managerial ability in Asian banking productivity, fair scheduling in logistics, and the interplay between government policies and renewable energy efficiency. Her research has been published in top-tier journals like European Journal of Operational Research and Journal of Cleaner Production.

She actively participates in academic conferences, presenting on topics such as stochastic frontier estimation and DEA applications. Her work bridges theoretical methodological advancements with practical industry challenges in supply chain and sustainability domains.
