Saoussane SRHIR is an Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management at EM Normandie, joining in 2024. She holds a PhD from KEDGE Business School and Universidad de la Sabana (2024), focusing on Industry 4.0’s impact on sustainable supply chains and alignment with the UN’s 17 SDGs. Her research bridges innovation and sustainability, with contributions to supply chain 4.0 frameworks.
Education: PhD in Management of Operations and Information Systems (2024, KEDGE Business School and Universidad de la Sabana). Prior experience includes Research Assistant roles at KEDGE (2020–2024).
Research interests span digitalization, Industry 4.0 technologies, sustainable practices, and logistics. Her work emphasizes practical insights for transforming supply chains while advancing global sustainability goals.
