Mohan Namasivayam

Mohan Namasivayam serves as Associate Head of School: Strategy and Operations at the University of Sunderland's Sunderland Business School with over 25 years of professional experience spanning retail, hospitality, IT, consultancy and education sectors across India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and Zimbabwe.

His research program centers on the interplay between strategic foresight and organizational resource weaknesses, drawing from resource-based view, dynamic capabilities theory, competitive strategies, and organizational ambidexterity. This work examines how organizations can leverage strategic foresight to minimize current and future resource weaknesses.
