Alessandro Ferrazza

Alessandro Ferrazza is a Senior Lecturer and Programme Manager for the MSc International Business Management at the University of Sunderland's Business Faculty in London. He teaches postgraduate courses including the MBA, MSc International Business Management, and BSc International Tourism and Hospitality Management, with specialization in Business Strategy, Strategic Leadership and Management, and International Human Resource Management. His research focuses on strategic management, leadership, and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) in the hospitality industry and higher education.
