Mohammad Reza Abidian

Dr. Mohammad Reza Abidian is an Associate Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Houston, part of the Cullen College of Engineering. His research focuses on integrating organic bioelectronics with neural tissue to develop neuroelectronic devices for treating neurological disorders. Key areas include materials science (design of biocompatible devices), electronics (neural interface technologies), neuroscience (in vivo testing), and biomedical translation (clinical applications).
