Dr Moha Miah is a Lecturer at the Hertfordshire Business School (University of Hertfordshire), joining in 2021. He holds a PhD in Finance from Middlesex University London, specializing in 'Corporate Reputation in Mergers and Acquisitions.' His expertise includes teaching equity analysis, portfolio management, and corporate finance, currently instructing both undergraduate and postgraduate modules such as Business Finance, Financial Management, and Using Financial Data.
Research interests focus on corporate reputation dynamics, mergers & acquisitions, credit rating mechanisms, and investment strategies. He actively engages with professional networks including the European Economic Association, British Accounting and Finance Association (BAFA), and the American Finance Association.
