Mirko Kleingries

Mirko Kleingries is a Professor and Head of the Competence Center for Thermal Energy Systems and Process Engineering at the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture (HSLU). He holds a doctorate in high-temperature corrosion from RWTH Aachen University and has over 15 years of industry and academic experience. His professional expertise spans thermodynamics, energy technology, and process engineering with a focus on renewable energy systems and energy efficiency.

Research Interests: Kleingries leads the SORPTION research group developing sorption-based energy systems.
