Mirela Planinić is a full Professor with tenure at the Faculty of Food Technology, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek, Croatia. Her scientific specialization lies within Biotechnical Sciences, focusing specifically on Food Technology. She maintains active student consultations every Tuesday from 8am to 10am in office 43/18 and supervises doctoral candidates through thesis defenses and academic guidance.
