Mirela Kopjar, PhD, is a full professor with tenure at the Faculty of Food Technology Osijek, part of the University of Osijek. Her scientific work focuses on Food Technology within the broader Biotechnical Sciences discipline. She is actively engaged in academic advising, with upcoming PhD thesis defenses scheduled for students Marija Nosić (August 26, 2025) and Esme Karahmet Farhat (July 18, 2025).
