Ivica Strelec serves as a full Professor with tenure at the Faculty of Food Technology, University of Osijek, Croatia. His academic work centers on Biotechnical Sciences with specialization in Biotechnology.
Research interests include:
- Biotechnology applications in food science
- Biotechnical research methodologies
Professor Strelec actively mentors doctoral candidates, currently supervising Marija Nosić (thesis defense scheduled for August 26, 2025) and Esme Karahmet Farhat (defense scheduled for July 18, 2025).
His regular consultation hours are Mondays from 1pm to 3pm in office 81/18, with additional appointments available by prior arrangement.
