Minsun Ji (Ph.D.) is a Lecturer in Political Science at the University of Colorado Denver. She is a labor-community organizer, activist scholar, and popular educator with extensive experience in nonprofit management and employee ownership initiatives. Currently, she serves as the director of the Rocky Mountain Employee Ownership Center (RMEOC), a Denver-based nonprofit promoting employee-owned businesses, and previously worked as a Colorado Governor’s Commissioner on Employee Ownership (FY 2019–2020).

- Founded El Centro Humanitario para los Trabajadores in Denver, organizing immigrant day laborers and domestic workers
- Former labor union organizer with Service Employees International Union (SEIU)
- Active labor activist in South Korea
Her research focuses on international political economy, worker cooperatives, social movements, comparative labor politics, and solidarity economy.
