Minor Myers serves as the Florence Rogatz Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School (spring term) and is a tenured professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law. His expertise spans corporate law, finance, and alternative investments. He teaches Business Organizations, Corporate Finance, and Private Equity/Hedge Funds.
