Steven Calabresi is a Visiting Professor of Law at Yale Law School. He previously served as a Law Clerk to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, as well as clerks for U.S. Court of Appeals Judges Robert H. Bork and Ralph K. Winter. He held roles in the Reagan and first Bush Administrations, including positions in the White House and U.S. Department of Justice. Since 1982, he has co-founded and chaired The Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy Studies. His research focuses on constitutional law, administrative law, and federal jurisdiction, with notable publications including The Unitary Executive (2008) and a constitutional law casebook (2013). He teaches courses on constitutional law, comparative law, and antitrust, among others.
