Ming-Jye Huang

Ming-Jye Huang is a Full-Time Professor at the Graduate Institute of Interdisciplinary Legal Studies, College of Law, National Taiwan University (NTU). He has been part of the faculty since August 2004 and teaches courses including Fair Trade Law, Company Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Corporate Governance.

Current Research: Focuses on modernizing corporate governance in Taiwan, the interaction between competition law and intellectual property law in the medical/pharmaceutical industry, and intellectual property commoditization. Active projects include analyzing directors' functions/liabilities in Taiwan’s corporate law, competition law-IP law intersections in standards, and corporate asset securitization legal issues.
