Wang-Ruu Tseng

Professor Wang-Ruu Tseng serves as Executive Vice President and Distinguished Professor at National Taiwan University's College of Law, specializing in Corporate Law, Securities Regulation, Financial Services Law, Conflict of Laws, and Negotiable Instruments.

Her work bridges theoretical legal principles with practical regulatory applications in capital markets, emphasizing comparative approaches to financial regulation and cross-border legal conflicts.
