Andrew Jen-Guang Lin

Professor Andrew Jen-Guang Lin is a full-time academic at the College of Law, National Taiwan University (NTU), with expertise in corporate and securities law, financial regulation, and comparative legal systems. He also serves as a director at the Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center.

His research focuses on corporate governance frameworks, internal control systems, and legal mechanisms for investor protection in financial markets. He contributes to legal scholarship as Associate Editor-in-Chief of NTU Law Review and Editor of the Asian Journal of Comparative Law.

Professor Lin teaches foundational and advanced courses including Corporate Law, Securities Law, Banking Law, and Comparative Law, with specialized instruction in Anglo-American Contract Law and Emerging Market Enterprise Laws.
