Dr. Min Hua Lu is Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Marketing & International Business at Leon Hess Business School, Monmouth University. He holds a doctorate from George Washington University and undergraduate/graduate degrees from University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.
His research focuses on:
- International marketing strategies
- Sustainability integration in business
- Global supply chain management
- Export-import logistics
- Cross-cultural business practices
Dr. Lu received significant recognition including:
- US Department of Commerce Certificate of Appreciation for Trade Achievement (2009)
- US President's 'E' Award for export service excellence (2015)
He established Monmouth University's Beta Gamma Sigma chapter and American Marketing Association chapter, while coordinating international educational exchanges with Chinese universities.
