Mimoza Meholli

Mimoza Meholli, M.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine (Hospital Medicine) and Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. She specializes in Hospital Medicine and Palliative Care, with a strong focus on medical education and student wellness. Her roles include teaching medical students and residents, curriculum leadership, and advancing professional identity formation.

Education: Completed residency at Jacobi Medical Center Internal Medicine Program (Chief Resident), and earned certifications in Bioethics and Medical Humanities through the Montefiore-Einstein Program (2011).

Research interests span medical education innovation, student wellness strategies, and ethics in healthcare. She has led clerkship programs and serves as a Bioethics course facilitator at Einstein.
