Howard L. Forman

Dr. Howard L. Forman is Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Director of Addiction Consultation Service at Montefiore Medical Center. His clinical expertise spans addiction medicine, forensic psychiatry, and psychiatric care in medical settings. He maintains active consultation practices in both addiction treatment and forensic evaluation.

Education includes:

• Psychiatry residency at Montefiore Medical Center (2012)
• Forensic psychiatry fellowship at Montefiore (2013)
