Prof. Milos Ivkovic is a Professor specializing in public international law, international criminal law, human rights, and comparative civil procedure. He serves as an external legal advisor to governments, state-owned entities, and international business leaders on diplomatic disputes and legislative changes, while regularly testifying as an expert witness before the U.S. Congress on national security and human rights issues. His work extends to providing legal opinions to the Executive Branch and developing strategies for international cooperation.
