Milena Almagro

Milena Almagro is an Associate Professor of Economics and George G. Rinder Faculty Fellow at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is also a NBER Faculty Research Fellow and associated faculty at CEMFI in Madrid.

Her research explores urban inequality, focusing on issues such as urban transportation regulation, public housing, gentrification, and racial segregation using empirical tools from Industrial Organization. She previously served as a Junior Scholar at the Opportunity and Inclusive Growth Institute at the Minneapolis Fed.
