Christina Patterson is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Booth School of Business, University of Chicago, and a Faculty Research Fellow at the National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). Her research bridges macroeconomic theory and labor economics, focusing on how inequality across workers and firms influences economic responses to shocks.
Education

Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Quarterly Journal of Economics, AEJ: Macroeconomics, and European Economic Review. She previously served as a post-doctoral fellow at Northwestern University and a research associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York before joining Booth.
