Mila Jovkić is a Lecturer at the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management, Educons University. She completed her basic academic studies in 2022 and earned her Master's degree in 2024 with a thesis titled Analysis of the need to intensify mentoring support projects for female entrepreneurs in digital entrepreneurship, which received the IPMA award for the best Master's thesis in project management. Her professional contributions include organizing international conferences like the 10th IPMA Research Conference and leading initiatives such as the Project Management Championship - PMC 2023.
