Jelena Ružić is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Project and Innovation Management, Educons University, contributing to teaching courses in project management since 2021. She transitioned to an assistant role in 2025, focusing on enhancing educational processes through digital tools and innovative methods.
- Education: Completed her doctoral studies in Engineering Management at the Technical Faculty in Bor, University of Belgrade, and her master's and basic studies in Project Management at her current faculty.
Her research interests span project management, marketing, digital transformation, and sustainable development. She has co-authored over twenty scientific and professional papers, a university textbook (Basics of Marketing), and a monograph (Marketing and Management in Contemporary Business), with key works on the SCI list and international collaboration in Slovenia.
- Scientific Awards: Bussines Case Study Show, IPMA Hackdays, FTN Challenge, and over twenty regional/European accolades.
- Projects: Involved in EU-funded education initiatives and sustainable development projects; her volunteer environmental project was recognized as the best in Serbia in 2022.
She holds an IPMA REG certificate, participated in international training in Georgia, and is fluent in French and English. Her academic mission emphasizes bridging theory and practice while mentoring young talents.
