Mikhail Troitskiy is a Visiting Professor at Tufts University’s Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University’s Davis Center for Russian and Eurasian Studies. He holds a Doctorate in International Relations from the Russian Academy of Sciences and has extensive experience in academia, policy, and international organizations. Troitskiy previously served as Dean of MGIMO University’s School of Government and International Affairs and held roles at the MacArthur Foundation and the Woodrow Wilson Center.
