Mikhail Limonov is a Professor at the Faculty of Nanophotonics and Metamaterials, ITMO University, and serves as the head of the Department of Dielectric and Semiconductor Photonics. He has been a senior research associate at ITMO since 2010 and a chief research associate at Ioffe Institute since 1977.
