Mike Seiferling

Dr. Mike Seiferling is an Assistant Professor in Public Finance at the School of Public Policy, University College London (UCL). He also serves as the Director of the Master in Public Administration (MPA) Programme. Over 15 years, he has worked with international organizations like the IMF, World Bank, and UN to enhance fiscal transparency, debt management, and financial literacy across 60+ countries.
