Professor Mike Gaffney is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Canberra's Faculty of Education. Previously, he served as Professor of Education and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Education, Science, Technology, and Mathematics at UC, and as the Foundation Chair of Educational Leadership at Australian Catholic University. He is Academic Director of NESLI, a company specializing in online professional development for school leadership. His expertise spans education policy, curriculum design, and 21st-century teaching practices.
Dr. Gaffney holds a B.Sc., B.Ed., and M.Ed. from the University of Melbourne, and a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from the University of Alberta, Canada. His research focuses on educational leadership, digital schooling, and systemic school improvement.
