Patrick Tumwine

Br. Patrick Tumwine, C.S.C., M.Ed., is a Franz Postdoctoral Fellow in Educational Leadership at the Franz Center for Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation at the University of Portland. A Holy Cross religious from Uganda, he is completing a Ph.D. in organizational leadership at the University of the Incarnate Word (San Antonio, Texas). His educational background includes a B.A. in Social Sciences (2005, Uganda Martyrs University), a B.Ed. in Chemistry and Biology (Catholic University of East Africa, Kenya), and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration and Planning (2015, Catholic University of East Africa).

His philosophy prioritizes understanding students’ challenges and aspirations to guide their growth effectively.
