Professor Mike Coldwell is the Faculty Director of Research in the Faculty of Health and Education at Manchester Metropolitan University. He previously served as Associate Dean for Research and Innovation in the College of Social Sciences and Arts at Sheffield Hallam University. His research focuses on systems approaches to evaluation, policy implementation, teacher career development, and evidence-informed practice. He has led over £4.5m in research projects, including evaluations for the Department for Education (DfE) and the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF).
