Mikala Jones is a Professor at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Human Kinetics, leading initiatives in inclusive fitness and adapted physical activity. She co-founded the Adapted Physical Exercise (APEX) program, which partners with Community Living Essex County to provide biweekly physical training sessions for adults with disabilities at the Toldo Lancer Centre.
