Mihailis Diamantis

Mihailis Diamantis is Professor of Law at the University of Iowa College of Law and holds a courtesy appointment with the Department of Philosophy. His research bridges legal theory, corporate crime, privacy law, and law and technology, with a focus on how mens rea doctrines and emerging technologies shape corporate incentives.

His work spans jurisprudence, moral psychology, and experimental philosophy. Prior to Iowa, he served as a visiting professor at Columbia Law School, clerked on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and practiced white-collar investigations at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He is a member of the New York Bar.
