Miguel Santin Schulz

Miguel Santin Schulz is a Researcher affiliated with the Theoretical and Empirical Linguistics (TEL) department at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Arts. He holds a PhD in Psycholinguistics (2017-2021) and a Research Master's in Language and Cognition (2015-2017) from the University of Groningen, alongside a BA in Philosophy (2006-2010) from Mexico's National Autonomous University and a Business Management diploma from the Mexico Autonomous Institute of Technology.

His research focuses on event cognition, verb semantics, and linguistic relativity, particularly exploring how language influences the perception and mental representation of change-of-state events across languages like Mandarin, Dutch, English, Greek, and Spanish.
