Dr. Michiko Kobayashi is an Associate Professor of Education at Southern Utah University, affiliated with the College of Education and Human Development. She holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from Virginia Tech, an M.S. in Linguistics and ESL from Radford University, and a B.E. in English and Special Education from Saitama University, Japan.
