Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith serves as Senior Lecturer at Manchester Law School, Manchester Metropolitan University. She holds BA(Hons), PGDL, and PGCAP qualifications and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Her academic responsibilities include unit leadership for Equity and Trusts across multiple programs including GDL, Hong Kong GDL, and LLB courses at Levels 5-6.

Smith's teaching portfolio includes tutorial instruction in both Equity and Trusts and Land Law, dissertation supervision for LLM LPC/BTC (Level 7) and LLB (Level 6) students, and personal academic tutoring at Level 5. Her established office hours are Tuesdays 2pm-4pm and Fridays 1pm-3.30pm in Room 6.24 of the Sandra Burslem Building.
