Michelle Kudron is an Associate Research Scientist in the Department of Genetics at Yale School of Medicine. She holds a PhD in Genetics from Yale University (2009) and an AB in Biology from Smith College (2002). Her research focuses on transcription factor regulation in C. elegans, particularly their roles in tissue-specific and global gene expression programs. She pioneered the first in-depth examination of tissue-specific binding of the Rb/E2F pathway in vivo and is a key contributor to the modERN project, which maps transcription factor binding sites across model organisms.
