Prof Michelle Greiver is an Honorary Professor in the School of Medicine at the University of St Andrews. Her research focuses on public health outcomes in primary care settings, particularly addressing cardiovascular disease, diabetes management, and healthcare disparities. She collaborates on projects involving medication adherence patterns, mental health comorbidities, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
Her work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals related to good health and well-being (SDG 3). Recent studies include analyses of breast cancer screening equity among individuals with schizophrenia and the impact of adherence to medication regimens on cardiovascular outcomes in patients with diabetes and hypertension.
