Michel Altan

Michel Altan is a Lecturer at the Academy for Hotel & Facility, part of Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUAS). He holds a PhD from Sheffield Hallam University, an MBA in Hospitality Management from IMHI, and a BSc in Hospitality Management from Glion Hotel School. His research focuses on public health nutrition, particularly in healthcare environments and the hospitality industry, with projects involving Compass Group and the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne.
